According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in November, 2019, Michigan added the highest number of jobs to the private primary metal manufacturing industry (653), followed by Ohio (436), and Kentucky (249).

On the other hand, Minnesota added the least number of jobs (-266), followed by California (-134), and Indiana (-101).
