According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2020, Pennsylvania added the highest number of jobs to the private primary metal manufacturing industry (513), followed by Indiana (346), and Ohio (257).

On the other hand, Oregon added the least number of jobs (-104), followed by South Carolina (-23), and Nevada (-18).
