According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2020, Georgia added the highest number of jobs to the private primary metal manufacturing industry (319), followed by New Jersey (212), and North Carolina (193).

On the other hand, Oregon added the least number of jobs (-1,354), followed by Ohio (-1,068), and Indiana (-950).
