According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2020, Wisconsin added the highest number of jobs to the private primary metal manufacturing industry (457), followed by Oregon (111), and Arkansas (100).

On the other hand, Illinois added the least number of jobs (-263), followed by Washington (-220), and Pennsylvania (-175).
