According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2021, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the private fabricated metal product manufacturing industry (1,570), followed by Illinois (604), and Michigan (569).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-161), followed by South Carolina (-73), and New Mexico (-31).
