According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2019, Michigan added the highest number of jobs to the private machinery manufacturing industry (477), followed by Iowa (429), and California (300).

On the other hand, Tennessee added the least number of jobs (-203), followed by Texas (-183), and Oklahoma (-95).
