According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2021, Michigan added the highest number of jobs to the private transportation equipment manufacturing industry (1,573), followed by Indiana (1,035), and Kansas (1,026).

On the other hand, Missouri added the least number of jobs (-918), followed by Washington (-608), and South Carolina (-509).
