According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2019, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the private lumber and const. supply merchant wholesalers industry (287), followed by Ohio (142), and Illinois (135).

On the other hand, North Carolina added the least number of jobs (-31), followed by Alabama (-21), and New Mexico (-19).
