According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2021, South Carolina added the highest number of jobs to the private lumber and const. supply merchant wholesalers industry (22), followed by Oregon (12), and Georgia (11).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-277), followed by Ohio (-242), and Louisiana (-157).
