According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2021, California added the highest number of jobs to the private merchant wholesalers, nondurable goods industry (1,592), followed by Texas (1,505), and New York (927).

On the other hand, Utah added the least number of jobs (-30), followed by Vermont (-17), and Maine (-2).
