According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2020, California added the highest number of jobs to the private apparel and piece goods merchant wholesalers industry (511), followed by North Carolina (311), and New Jersey (191).

On the other hand, Wisconsin added the least number of jobs (-51), followed by Pennsylvania (-30), and South Carolina (-29).
