According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2021, Virginia added the highest number of jobs to the private apparel and piece goods merchant wholesalers industry (113), followed by Washington (32), and Tennessee (27).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-1,400), followed by Georgia (-1,106), and New York (-161).
