According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2019, North Carolina added the highest number of jobs to the private petroleum merchant wholesalers industry (35), followed by California (30), and Kansas (20).

On the other hand, Texas added the least number of jobs (-131), followed by Illinois (-66), and Kentucky (-44).
