According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2021, Illinois added the highest number of jobs to the private motor vehicle and parts dealers industry (501), followed by New Jersey (200), and Nebraska (185).

On the other hand, Washington added the least number of jobs (-1,246), followed by California (-649), and Ohio (-510).
