According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2020, Michigan added the highest number of jobs to the private furniture and home furnishings stores industry (388), followed by Louisiana (145), and Vermont (-12).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-3,758), followed by Texas (-2,222), and Kentucky (-1,604).
