According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2019, Florida added the highest number of jobs to the private food and beverage stores industry (2,005), followed by California (1,818), and North Carolina (476).

On the other hand, Pennsylvania added the least number of jobs (-1,687), followed by Massachusetts (-1,603), and Wisconsin (-1,317).
