According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2019, California added the highest number of jobs to the private clothing and clothing accessories stores industry (3,028), followed by Florida (1,180), and Texas (979).

On the other hand, Illinois added the least number of jobs (-561), followed by New Jersey (-478), and New York (-164).
