According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2019, Michigan added the highest number of jobs to the private shoe stores industry (103), followed by New York (95), and Illinois (79).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-136), followed by Alaska (-36), and Utah (-32).
