According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2019, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the private inland water transportation industry (30), followed by Ohio (12), and Illinois (9).

On the other hand, Louisiana added the least number of jobs (-22), followed by New Jersey (-17), and Pennsylvania (-10).
