According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2020, Illinois added the highest number of jobs to the private transit and ground passenger transportation industry (2,506), followed by New York (2,355), and Pennsylvania (2,214).

On the other hand, Kentucky added the least number of jobs (-13), followed by Oklahoma (-10), and West Virginia (4).
