According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2021, California added the highest number of jobs to the private transit and ground passenger transportation industry (1,655), followed by New York (992), and Hawaii (796).

On the other hand, Connecticut added the least number of jobs (-1,971), followed by Michigan (-163), and Vermont (-143).
