According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2019, Oregon added the highest number of jobs to the private urban transit systems industry (), followed by South Carolina (), and Arizona (141).

On the other hand, Massachusetts added the least number of jobs (-275), followed by Virginia (-144), and California (-91).
