According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2020, Indiana added the highest number of jobs to the private interurban and rural bus transportation industry (), followed by New Mexico (), and North Carolina (116).

On the other hand, Tennessee added the least number of jobs (-86), followed by Michigan (-43), and Nevada (-12).
