According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in June, 2020, California added the highest number of jobs to the private wired and wireless telecommunications carriers industry (313), followed by Pennsylvania (86), and Idaho (53).

On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-1,360), followed by Massachusetts (-425), and Texas (-401).
