According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2019, California added the highest number of jobs to the private scientific research and development services industry (1,647), followed by Massachusetts (741), and Texas (465).

On the other hand, Connecticut added the least number of jobs (-47), followed by Hawaii (4), and Oregon (6).
