According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2021, Georgia added the highest number of jobs to the private general medical and surgical hospitals industry (2,215), followed by California (1,929), and Texas (1,652).

On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-1,521), followed by Illinois (-1,081), and Minnesota (-562).
