According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2020, North Dakota added the highest number of jobs to the private independent artists, writers, and performers industry (), followed by Arizona (35), and Delaware (33).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-6,065), followed by New York (-1,080), and Texas (-524).
