According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2020, California added the highest number of jobs to the private independent artists, writers, and performers industry (1,264), followed by New York (429), and Florida (255).

On the other hand, Tennessee added the least number of jobs (-96), followed by Washington (-71), and Mississippi (-27).
