According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2021, Virginia added -3,307 number of jobs to the state government service-providing industry. Among Virginia counties, Patrick added the highest number of jobs (15), followed by Smyth (11), and Virginia Beach city (9).
