According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2019, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the state government heavy and civil engineering construction industry (108), followed by Virginia (27), and Missouri (20).

On the other hand, Oregon added the least number of jobs (-59), followed by Pennsylvania (-46), and Massachusetts (-43).
