According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2019, Louisiana added the highest number of jobs to the state government museums, historical sites, zoos, and parks industry (13), followed by Florida (12), and Maine (8).

On the other hand, Virginia added the least number of jobs (-205), followed by South Dakota (-27), and Michigan (-17).
