According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2019, Delaware added the highest number of jobs to the state government administration of economic programs industry (), followed by Massachusetts (147), and Maryland (115).

On the other hand, Illinois added the least number of jobs (-1,101), followed by Virginia (-200), and Ohio (-189).
