According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2019, Maryland added the highest number of jobs to the state government administration of economic programs industry (423), followed by New Jersey (139), and Georgia (134).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-976), followed by Minnesota (-467), and Illinois (-458).
