According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2021, California added the highest number of jobs to the state government administration of economic programs industry (131), followed by Virginia (95), and Maryland (53).

On the other hand, North Carolina added the least number of jobs (-114), followed by Connecticut (-99), and Ohio (-87).
