According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 7.2% (sa) in December, 2004. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Aleutians East (20.6%), Kusilvak (17.7%), and Yakutat (17%).
