According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 6.4% (sa) in May, 2008. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Kusilvak (20.9%), Bethel (14.1%), and Aleutians West (13.5%).
