According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 7.8% (sa) in July, 2010. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Kusilvak (23.2%), Yukon-Koyukuk (16.7%), and Bethel (14.8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Bristol Bay (2.9%), Aleutians East (3.7%), and Aleutians West (4.1%).
