According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 8% (sa) in June, 2010. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Kusilvak (22.6%), Yukon-Koyukuk (16.9%), and Bethel (16.2%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Aleutians West (5.2%), Aleutians East (5.4%), and Bristol Bay (5.6%).
