According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 6.3% (sa) in February, 2018. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Skagway (21.8%), Kusilvak (19.6%), and Hoonah-Angoon (19%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Aleutians East (1.8%), Aleutians West (2.1%), and Sitka (4.5%).
