According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 5.9% (sa) in July, 2018. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Kusilvak (20.5%), Northwest Arctic (13.1%), and Bethel (12.5%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Bristol Bay (1.2%), Aleutians East (1.9%), and Skagway (2.2%).
