According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 5.9% (sa) in June, 2018. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Kusilvak (20.9%), Northwest Arctic (15.9%), and Yukon-Koyukuk (13.7%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Skagway (3%), Bristol Bay (3%), and Aleutians East (3.5%).
