According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 6% (sa) in May, 2018. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Kusilvak (18.3%), Yukon-Koyukuk (14.1%), and Northwest Arctic (13%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Sitka (3.3%), Juneau (3.5%), and Bristol Bay (3.8%).
