According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 5.4% (sa) in December, 2021. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Skagway (14.4%), Kusilvak (13.7%), and Haines (12.6%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Chugach (3.2%), North Slope (3.3%), and Juneau (3.6%).
