According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 6.4% (sa) in July, 2021. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Kusilvak (22.7%), Bethel (13.8%), and Northwest Arctic (12.7%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Aleutians East (1.4%), Bristol Bay (1.7%), and Aleutians West (2.8%).
