According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 7% (sa) in March, 2021. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Kusilvak (21.3%), Skagway (19.3%), and Denali (18.1%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Aleutians West (2.2%), Aleutians East (2.7%), and Sitka (5.8%).
