According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Connecticut was 9.2% (sa) in November, 2009. Among all Connecticut counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Windham (9.4%), New Haven (9.3%), and Hartford (9.1%).
