According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Connecticut was 9.5% (sa) in July, 2010. Among all Connecticut counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Windham (11%), New Haven (10.7%), and Hartford (10.2%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Middlesex (8.5%), Tolland (8.8%), and Fairfield (8.9%).
