According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Connecticut was 6.6% (sa) in July, 2014. Among all Connecticut counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): New Haven (7.7%), Windham (7.6%), and Hartford (7.2%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Middlesex (6.1%), Tolland (6.2%), and Litchfield (6.2%).
