According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Indiana was 9.1% (sa) in August, 2011. Among all Indiana counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Blackford (13%), Fayette (12.4%), and Scott (11.6%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Hamilton (6%), Dubois (6.1%), and Daviess (6.5%).
