According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Indiana was 3.2% (sa) in March, 2023. Among all Indiana counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Lake (5.6%), Howard (5.3%), and Newton (5.2%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Gibson (2.5%), Daviess (2.5%), and Boone (2.6%).
